Slow-Cooked Ham

Looking for an easy way to make a succulent ham? Look no further than your crock pot. And all you need is three ingredients.

1 7-10 lb smoked ham (cooked or uncooked)
1 cup brown sugar
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (or pineapple juice)

If your ham is too large to fit in the crock pot cut-side down, remove the ham bone before cooking. (Keep it for flavoring a soup or pot of beans). Score the outside of the ham in a diamond-shaped pattern (cutting roughly 1-inch diamonds 1/4 inch deep) and rub the ham down with brown sugar. Pour the pineapple and juice over the ham, and cook on low for 4.5 hours. Carve, and enjoy!
